Got to be the best support staff in the country

My wife and I had never been to boxing fitness gym before. We are both in our fifties and I felt pretty inadequate and a bit intimidated to start with. However, the staff were so encouraging, supportive and incredibly professional. Both my wife and I noticed a difference both in our strength and fitness within a few weeks. What a wonderful group of people!! Never before have I had such a positive experience in any type of gym. Whoever you are, please give UBX Ormiston a go!! It will be above your expectation!
